Tension of mechanical tension device is one of the vital parts in the coil winding process. It is used to ensure the consistence tension of the wire during the coil winding process. Wire tension can be adjusted and pre-set to the required value according to the application so as to achieve appropriate winding condition and ensures the conformity of each coil’s technicalparameters.

Humidity: 30%~60%

Aircleanliness:6grade(1000grade).

Wire cleanliness: wire should be stored and used in a relatively clean environment. Wire should be free of dust during winding.For wax-coated enamel wire application, addition filtration unit/equipment should be added before the tensioner. Parts such as roller, wool ring and etc have to be cleaned frequently to avoid functional fault cause by the wax particles.
